Position Overview:

The role is responsible for overseeing HSE activities at oil & gas process plant sites, ensuring compliance with company, client, and international standards, including effective HSE documentation and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QHSE policies, plans, and procedures
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Manage HSE documentation (risk assessments, reports, incident investigations)
• Conduct PTW audits and inspect ongoing work activities with relevant checklists
• Support maintenance and shutdown activities
• Coordinate with client and site teams on safety compliance
• Participate in TSF area walkthroughs and close out non-compliances
• Organize and conduct emergency evacuation mock drills
• Update training metrics regularly
• Participate in client–contractor safety meetings
• Conduct monthly internal HSE meetings
• Support IMS and basic quality documentation
• Prepare documentation for tender support

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of QHSE experience in Oil & Gas
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of IMS & HSE documentation
