As part of our proactive safety strategy, the workforce of 70 employees was divided into 10 safety groups, with each group consisting of 7 members and led by a designated Safety Committee Team Leader.
Each leader was entrusted with the responsibility to:
Ensure compliance with control measures including dropped objects prevention
– Promote safe practices within their group
– Report unsafe conditions and acts
– Motivate team members to stay alert and cooperative
Their leadership made a significant impact in achieving our Zero Incident Goal during this critical shutdown period.
Together, We Make Safety Happen.
Stay alert. Stay committed. Stay safe.
To acknowledge the outstanding performance and commitment to safety:
Safety Appreciation Certificates were awarded to all 10 Team Leaders. Monetary reward per team was distributed as a token of appreciation.
