Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support our sales initiatives in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting our FM solutions, and helping expand our presence across the real estate and property management landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business prospects in the FM industry.
- Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff and technical teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in sales reporting.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and client discussions as required.
- Develop an understanding of FM operations, service contracts, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Business-related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FM, real estate, or property management industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Certifications in sales or facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
- Familiarity with the Qatar FM industry, property management sector, and service provider ecosystem.
