Minimum Qualifications

–      Three-year full time Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering certificate from a recognized institution, university or college acceptable to KM.

–      Certification from laboratory for qualified Transformer oil sampler as per IEC 60567, IEC 60474 etc.

• Candidate with Kahraama LOA have more preference

• Good to have valid Qatar Driving License

Minimum Experience

–     A total of at least four (04) years’ relevant experience in an Electrical Power Utility or Company as a Supervisor/Senior Technician in Transmission for Diploma holder and minimum Seven (07) years of experience for ITI.

–    Conversant with all aspects of safety with high voltage installations.

–    Sound knowledge of international standards.

Responsibilities

–     Carry out Oil / Gas sampling as per the approved method statement.

–      Implement KM Safety Procedures, Rules & regulations, and Quality Standards at site.

–     Carry out all works in accordance with the Contract, Technical requirements.

–     Collect Transformer nameplate details, Transformer loading data etc.

–     Prevent damage to plant & equipment of KM occasioned by Contractor’s work.

–     Supervise subordinate’s work.
